Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. He genuinely had my best interests at heart at all points of our conversations and was always available. Whilst succint, PS has an excellent 'bedside' manner and where appropriate could inject humour to a conversation. It was also clear to me that PS was respected and well liked by the team. Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.

Clear and helpful in the first consultation. Not pushy about the treatment options available despite my concerns. Calming and reassuring on the day of surgery which was successul and addressed an issue I had been living with and on an NHS waiting list for 6-months.

Dr Abboudi, is very clear and thorough in his explanations and that helps you with understanding what’s happening with you. His calm and friendly approach puts you at ease whilst undergoing treatment. Can definitely recommend
