Very sympathetic to me and my condition,put me at my ease .After a 7 month wait for an appointment with the urology department, a speedy appointment withMr.Kalsi,my general well-being was restored.With a promise of a good outcome.

Mr Cohens approach could not be faulted, he was kind and considerate following my illness "sepsis", he explained concisely how he intended to treat me, he spent a considerable time with me, he explained what he intended to do if the removal of the catheter did not function.

Mr Yassin was on time and explained my case very well. He was easy to speak to and put me at ease.

Mr Faure-Walker was very thorough and he knew exactly what my thoughts and concerns were. He took as much time was needed to explain everything to my wife and I. the procedure was carried out expertly and I am extremely happy with the results.

Nothing is too much trouble and his focus on patient wellbeing and excellent clinical outcomes is paramount. A very reassuring and caring doctor; as a patient you could not wish for more. Mr Hussain was friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. The follow up was prompt and delivered with knowledge.

Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.

When I first visited Dr Andrich, I thought I had lost control of my life with a constant cycle of cystitis which was being treated with months of antibiotics - which I now realise was making the symptoms worse. At my first consultation, Dr Andrich gave an alternative and sustainable way of treating the condition together with a comprehensive medical explanation for the constant bouts I was experiencing. I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment. I am so grateful for Dr Andrich's support and help.
