I have been seeing Miss Jain on a regular basis for many many years. all my family see her and she is excellent in every respect.

From my very first appointment with Dr Elizabeth Hawkes I felt extremely reassured that she was going to achieve what I was looking for. I felt 100% comfortable & confident with her. She listened to my concerns and guided me with what she felt would be the best solution for me. I have since had my surgery and I’m at week four with amazing results! I had to wait a considerable time but there were emergencies that needed attention .it would have been appreciated if this was explained prior reason for wait . I was very appreciative of the explanation attitude and consideration of the consultant . It is appreciated that I can still as questions if needed .

Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week. I first spoke to Dr Scawn in 2023 and presented him with an eye that had been operated on multiple times by two previous surgeons. He did a detailed analysis of my situation and laid out the challenges and best steps. Everything was focussed on getting the right outcomes while being clear to explain the limitations due to the previous surgeries. Fast forward to 2024 and my eye is in a fantastic place. The patience of the approach taken was spot on and Dr Scawn was great throughout
