I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

The Shard is a very efficient and clean hospital. Wait times are very low and the staff and very attentive and caring.

Nurse was very professional and thorough. Carried out skin examination sensitively. Clear explanations given throughout the consultations. Lots of helpful information about ongoing skin care & checking.

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.
