Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.

Absolutely fabulous , from the front line staff all the way through to the clinicians. A wonderful experience cannot fault it.

Attended for a major surgery Jun 24. Hospital was very well run and very well equipped. Was treated courteously and respectfully ar all times. All levels of staff from doctors to nurses to porters were very professional and competent.

Good polite reception, I was a little early, but didn’t wait too long.

Short wait, consultant very thorough, spent time with us, explained everything he was trying to achieve.

We have been very pleased with Cromwell hospital, the staff and everyone involved in caring for our daughter has been amazing. The hospital is always very clean.

I was very nervous having been on watch and wait for 11 years for my acoustic neuroma. I was treated with kindness, respect and patience and whilst the process was certainly not enjoyable I felt in safe hands and the way I was treated made the whole thing bearable.

Great experience at HJE, the best hospital I've ever been. It's all about the staff working here, they are amazing, literally everyone!
