Very quick and professional very clear on when and what to do during procedures or even just waiting to be seen. Very friendly and comforting.

I stayed at the Princess Grace for three days following my procedure, one night in intensive care and two on a regular ward. All staff were pleasant, understanding and also were very knowledgeable and supportive.
