Professor Zoe Winters has been an absolute lifesaver (and for once I use this term without hyperbole) in treating my sister who was diagnosed with early stage young onset breast cancer. We found Prof Winters after facing difficulty in getting timely treatment through the NHS, and knew from the first meeting that our care was in the hands of a real expert - someone not just capable and competent but someone with great compassion and kindness too. In our circumstances we were self-paying and Prof Winters always kept mindful of that fact, helping to minimise our expenditure without compromising on the standard of care that she provided. Her wonderful practice manager Jenny Hoyle was absolutely outstanding in supporting our transition post-surgery back into NHS care. I could not recommend Prof Winters highly enough, she is exceptional in every regard and a true superstar for the people she has helped.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

Being a NHS patient, I couldn't choose my surgeon, when I learnt it would be Ms Varghese I was over the moon! I immediately relaxed knowing that I would be in good hands. She has been wonderful, very thoughtful, attentive and kind in explaining the surgery and aftercare. I will forever be thankful to her extremely excellent surgical skills as I have been relatively pain-free post surgery! Thank you Ms Varghese, good job!!

From the moment i made the decision to have Otoplasty surgery and first spoke with Mr Agha it has been a relationship built upon honesty. I went in very open and vulnerable about how i felt pre-surgery and in return Mr Agha offered his kindness and made sure I was kept well informed in what surgery entailed and how the journey would look to feeling great about my new look. This offered me immediate reassurance and I was able to fully comprehend the decisions required ahead of surgery. Through this i always felt enabled to lead with how I wanted my surgery to play out, taking on board Mr Agha’s professional guidance. In the weeks leading up to Surgery we met again for final measurements and a more formal chat about surgery day and the road to recovery to achieve the results I was looking for. Then Surgery day came and all my nerves were taken away by Mr Agha making me feel at ease. The procedure was smooth and felt relatively stress free and before I knew it I was travelling home bandaged up and ready to begin my aftercare regime. We arranged several meetings over various milestones following the surgery (2 weeks post op, 6 weeks, 3 months etc) and have now just surpassed the 6 month mark. I am delighted in the new look of my ears and head into the rest of my life with a new found confidence without having to worry about being teased on my appearance. If you are where I was just over 6 months ago, with a strong feeling that you look different to others and are not happy with your appearance to the point it was affecting your happiness and ability to enjoy life then at the very least have a chat with Mr Agha. He will tell you with honesty if he feels you qualify for surgery and once you have made that decision together he will deliver on his every word. A brilliant surgeon and professional but also a gentleman too.

Explained my procedure and what to expect with great empathy. Made me comfortable in the knowledge that he would do all he could to minimise any scars and to cleverly hide what was visible. After operation very happy with the outcome and work performed.

I cannot fault the care I received from Dr Massannat. He is a kind and compassionate doctor that explained every step of the process after being diagnosed with breast cancer. He is extremely thorough and always went above and beyond to ensure I had the relevant tests and results before moving onto the next step of my treatment. Dr Massannat always explained everything in a way that I would understand and always took the time to ensure any of the questions I had were answered. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and ensured I was happy with any decisions I had made before moving forward. I will be forever grateful for the care I have received and him guiding me through treatment.

Dr Pieri and his team gave me the best possible experience from first contact. Everything was explained clearly and professionally and I felt confident putting my trust in him. The operation itself went perfectly and I recovered quickly. My incisions were minimal and the end result is exactly what I hoped for and what was discussed pre-operatively. The staff at the practice were amazing and compliment Dr Pieri perfectly. I cannot fault my overall experience and results. Thank you so much for giving me body confidence at last ✨️
