I wanted to have my breast implants of 18 years removed, and the concern of finding a surgeon I could feel I could put my trust in for me was a massive consideration. I knew after my first consultation with Mr Pieri that I would be confident to go ahead. His extensive knowledge and experience in this area of surgery were so reassuring, and this followed through throughout the whole experience. We discussed all options and considerations fully so that I as able to make informed decisions about which procedure I would eventually be happy with. I had the implants removed and a breast uplift, and 6 weeks on having just had my first new bra fitting I could not be more thrilled with the results! My breast size and shape are so natural and beautiful and to think that I had been so worried about what I would be 'left with' seems unimaginable now! The care and precision he utilised pre-op to ensure that everything would be 'perfect' was absolutely correct! Mr Pieri is a fabulously skilled and caring professional, his at ease demeanour is amazing too in making you feel supported and looked after from the beginning to the end of your experience under his care. Just fabulous. I must mention too his team at Tyneside Surgical Services were also amazing, from start to finish they were fantastic in their care and professionalism I could not have been looked after any better. I was really nervous about surgery and overwhelmed by the process as a whole. However, Mr Pieri explained all my options thoroughly in a calm and compassionate manner until I felt I had approached a decision that was best for me. What can I say I’m two weeks in after my breast reduction and I’m extremely happy with the results so far from the first moment I spoke to Mr Andrew Pieri I instantly felt relaxed , I was extremely nervous as i’d previously had a breast reduction over 16years ago although I was happy to be reduced to a smaller cup size they just never seemed to be sitting right and over time they gained in size , Andrew listened to all my concerns, I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task with my previous scares but Andrew has blown me away with his amazing work the detail of what he has achieved is very skill full , I’m over the moon with the results I wished I’d had Andrew first time round . If you're considering breast surgery- please look no further than Mr Andrew Pieri- he is absolutely exceptional and I cannot recommend him highly enough- a 5* does not do him justice! As a fellow medical professional I thought visiting multiple surgeons from a variety of locations a good idea, I was wrong. This lead to a lot of contradicting opinion, advice and ultimately a lot of confusion on my part. Out of all the doctors I have met along the way, noone even came close to the experience I had with Mr Pieri. So, please don't do what I did and waste your time, just do the best thing for you and pick Pieri :) He specialises solely in breast surgery rather than being a generic cosmetic surgeon therefore you can be reassured of his expertise, skills and experience. From the moment I met Mr Pieri I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and kindness and he immediately put me at ease. He really listened and took the time to understand me and my hopes and wishes. During the sizing session he used proper fitting sizing bras and had an array of implants to try and discuss. He was patient, offered advice and was extremely supportive and professional throughout. (believe me- I have experienced some very awful, awkward, shocking and improper sizing sessions) We had numerous discussions and contact prior to my surgery and he was always on hand to offer support and guidence. Only when Mr Pieri was 100% happy that we were both on the same page with the treatment plan did he agree to proceed with the procedure. This is a true testament to him and shows he really cares and wants the absolute best outcomes for his patients, and this allows you to fully put your trust in him. On the day of sugery the team at TSS were fantastic- they were all so welcoming, friendly, caring and compassionate. Prior to surgery I was greeted by the warm friendly face of Mr Pieri and my nerves disappeared and I felt confident and excited. I was absolutely amazed by the efficiency at TSS too! I was admitted at 11am, had my surgery at 1pm and was safely discharged after thorough monitoring and checks at 4.30pm. What a fantastic service! I am now 3 weeks post surgery, pain-free and I couldn't be happier with my breasts! I just wish I had done it sooner!

After feeling negative after a consultation with a High St cosmetic surgery, I searched for local breast surgeons. Andrew was the first I came across and I loved the reviews. Being a woman in her 50s i wanted to make the most of my final best years without going "love Island " boobs! I felt in good hands from insta messages to consultation. Andrew makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable right up to surgery. My results are as discussed, natural take off under the muscle. My 30 year old niece can't believe how 'normal ' they look.
