Dr Elmiyeh explained the process of micro-suction, kept me reassured throughout the process even if it was uncomfortable due to inflammation it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I felt I was in good and steady hands. I would recommend him to all my friends. Thank you doc again!

Dr Joshi was amazing from our first ever consultation and all the way up until now. He really took the time to discuss with me about my concerns and the best and worst outcomes to expect. There was no grey area, he was very direct about everything. The day of the operation, I couldn't have asked to be in more safe hands Dr Joshi and his entire team were amazing. I was extremely nervous going into this but Dr Joshi was incredibly reassuring and his aftercare is amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Joshi and his entire team, this has been one of the best medical experiences.

Raj has performed near miracles on my nose to correct my breathing given the extent of the damage i had previously. He was exceptionally supportive in helping me assess options, risks, benefits of surgery. He explained very clearly the surgery process, and has showed genuine care to me as a patient both before, during and post surgery. I have gone from struggling to breath through my nose at all to being able to breath very well within 2-4 weeks of surgery, while many people have shared my nose looks so good they thought i had it fixed for aesthetics, not breathing. I cannot recommend Raj highly enough!

Mr Jacques was very reassuring and answered all of my questions and concerns making me feel comfortable in his ability. I am especially pleased with how natural yet still enhanced my nose looks. All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
