About Mr Behrad Elmiyeh
Consultant Adult & Paediatric ENT and Nasal Plastic Surgeon
Mr Elmiyeh graduated from London University in 1998. He had a broad training in various surgical specialties such as plastic surgery.
He underwent higher surgical ENT training in a number of prestigious surgical centres in London including the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Royal Marsden Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and Royal Brompton Hospital.
Mr Elmiyeh undertook a year of Fellowship in advance nasal and sinus surgery and clinical research at the Flinders Hospital, a centre of excellence and the first Medical school in Australia.
Mr Elmiyeh offers expertise in all aspects of General Ear, Nose and Throat conditions. He has dedicated adult and paediatric clinics in his NHS practice. His private practice is the HCA Chiswick Outpatient & Diagnostic Centre and The Harley Street Clinic.
He has specific interests in dealing with all aspects of nose problems including nasal allergy, breathing difficulty, sinus problems, cosmetic deformities of the nose and snoring.
He also has a strong interest in teaching and training specialist trainee and also junior doctors. He is a faculty member and invited speaker of several ENT/ Head & Neck Surgical Courses.

The surgery was faultless. So grateful. Adeno-tonsillectomy. But what makes Mr Elmiyeh so special were the following (amongst many) moments: - Taking his time pre-op during the consent process to remind our son (when you could see our son was a bit quiet / worried) that Toy Story 5 had just come out in the cinema. - Popping by our room post-op when our son had only just entered the recovery room stating ‘I’ve come quickly because I am a dad and I know how long this wait can feel – everything went fine’. - Finally – before he left for a busy evening clinic he still popped by again and produced a pack of stickers from his bag for our son to choose a truck. - The way we saw him kindly support and interact with his broader nursing, recovery, anaesthetic team. That’s kindness and care. Mr Elmiyeh - if we may express - is a credit to the Royal College of Surgeons. We are reminded of the phrase - 'it is perhaps not what we do. It is how other's feel when we do what we do'. Unlimited gratitude, Parents of our 4 year old son (operation pm list - 29th May 2026, New Victoria Hospital)
Dr Elmiyeh was extremely helpful. He helped me fix my sinus issues which had lasted months with one 15 minute appointment, no surgery, and scheduled followups. He explained everything to me so I would understand and had me record everything that I may need again. He is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT

I had been recommended to see Mr Elmiyeh from a colleague and he found that I still had my adenoids. Through the surgery and recovery he was amazing, so knowledgeable and kind. My breathing has changed completely, it’s so nice to be able to breathe normally. I can’t recommend him enough. Life changing!
