An outstanding and very professional service

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.

I just had a mini facelift at The Ghanem Clinic, and I couldn't be happier, from start to finish, they were top-notch. Dr. Ghanem and the team were super professional and caring. First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. Staff were very professional and helpful

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Claudia Brand is a highly professional Botox specialist. She is attentive, caring and provides highly professional customer service. I been going to 111 Harley St. for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. I come for my Botox treatment to treat chronic migraines and the treatment proven to be highly effective. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I did have to wait a bit beyond my appointment time on all occasions but I think the consultants do get behind.
