Circle were excellent - great comms, great attention, well resourced Only reason for -1 was change of date

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.

All the Staff are very pleasant and appointment on time.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Great experience at HJE, the best hospital I've ever been. It's all about the staff working here, they are amazing, literally everyone!

The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.
