From the first accquaintance with Mr Kostas, he had been extremely helpful in understanding and guiding me to the options available to help fix my right knee injury. I got the most professional support during and after my successful surgery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Kostas to other patient's. Straight away from arriving at the clinic all staff were extremely friendly and helpful extending into the appointment whereby dr Imbuldeniya straight away took a genuine interest, care and engaging attitude toward my injuries. He was positive, pragmatic and extremely knowledgeable, all combining to give an excellent amount of care and therefore confidence in the steps laid out for recovery.

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

I found him genuine friendly , very easy to talk to - he gave full explanations answered questions and was available to talk to when I was worried about symptoms prior to operation. It was very helpful to feel to see him before the operation- to explain procedures risks etc

Clear diagnosis and examination including a good explanation of what was seen during the ultrasound. Practical advice regarding treatment options. Friendly and professional manner. Easy to understand.

Dr. Mughal was extremely knowledgable and understanding. A good communicator, he really helped me understand the detail of my knee problem. I appreciated his talk-through of the ultrasound scan as it was being done.

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
