Kind and professional

Good facility, very clean, front desk was very kind and helpful.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The experience I had was 2nd to none.
