I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Mr Din, who successfully removed two cysts from my scalp. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, Mr Din demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He thoroughly guided me through the pre-surgery preparations, ensuring I was well-informed and at ease with the upcoming procedure. His clear and detailed explanations about the surgery and recovery process helped me manage my expectations effectively. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results have been outstanding. The scar is practically invisible, which speaks volumes about Dr. Din's skill and precision. He truly surpassed my expectations. From the moment i made the decision to have Otoplasty surgery and first spoke with Mr Agha it has been a relationship built upon honesty. I went in very open and vulnerable about how i felt pre-surgery and in return Mr Agha offered his kindness and made sure I was kept well informed in what surgery entailed and how the journey would look to feeling great about my new look. This offered me immediate reassurance and I was able to fully comprehend the decisions required ahead of surgery. Through this i always felt enabled to lead with how I wanted my surgery to play out, taking on board Mr Agha’s professional guidance. In the weeks leading up to Surgery we met again for final measurements and a more formal chat about surgery day and the road to recovery to achieve the results I was looking for. Then Surgery day came and all my nerves were taken away by Mr Agha making me feel at ease. The procedure was smooth and felt relatively stress free and before I knew it I was travelling home bandaged up and ready to begin my aftercare regime. We arranged several meetings over various milestones following the surgery (2 weeks post op, 6 weeks, 3 months etc) and have now just surpassed the 6 month mark. I am delighted in the new look of my ears and head into the rest of my life with a new found confidence without having to worry about being teased on my appearance. If you are where I was just over 6 months ago, with a strong feeling that you look different to others and are not happy with your appearance to the point it was affecting your happiness and ability to enjoy life then at the very least have a chat with Mr Agha. He will tell you with honesty if he feels you qualify for surgery and once you have made that decision together he will deliver on his every word. A brilliant surgeon and professional but also a gentleman too.

Mr Mo Akhavani was just brilliant. He explained what was wrong with my finger what would happen during the operation and my after care. On the day of the operation he made me feel relaxed and during the op ( I had a local ) he was both professional and funny making the whole experience so much better. I hope I don’t have to have another operation but if I do I want Mr Mo Akhavani in my corner. Thank you 🙏

Mr Norman Waterhouse has an outstanding reputation and is known to be the best. Now I know why! I finally plucked up the courage to have a procedure that I was much in need of, that was only going to get worse. I knew that Mr Waterhouse was one of the few surgeons in the UK that did this procedure. After consulting with him first, there was no need to look any further on every single level. He is highly experienced, informative and thorough. With a kind, warm and extremely professional manner. I knew that I was in the best hands possible. Everything about the whole experience and procedure was faultless. His team are amazing and his work is quite simply outstanding. Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.
