Dr Saour has special interests in general and aesthetic surgery as well as lower limb, breast, abdominal and perineal microvascular reconstruction. He performs an expansive range of plastic and reconstructive procedures including face, brow and butt lifts, breast augmentations, body contouring and skin lesion removals alongside several other cosmetic and surgical procedures.
He has research interests in the innovation of plastic surgery and has published many papers in his field of expertise. He is also the author of several book chapters in plastic surgery books. He has presented his work all over the world at meetings.
Dr Saour was awarded the status of Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University, London and taught both undergraduate and postgraduate students and junior doctors.
Dr Saour is also a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and the British Medical Association.

Mr Saour is an excellent surgeon and also lovely as a person. He explained everything in detail before and after the surgery. He has great bedside manners. I am so pleased with the results of my breast reduction surgery. I am so glad I found Mr Saour and decided to have the procedure. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Fabulous surgeon ! I had a ruptured 900cc implant and Dr Saour replaced both breasts with Motiva 925 cc. It’s hard to find a surgeon who will perform larger sizes. I’m thrilled with the results my breasts look bigger and firmer!!! I then had a tummy tuck 3 Months later WOW can’t believe how flat my stomach looks. Fabulous surgeon with a very gentle manner but very experienced at what he does! 5 star!!!🌟 🤩 Thank you x
