Fantastic throughout, very helpful in every way.

I found my stay at The York Nuffield to be a very positive experience.I was very impressed by the caring and friendly staff who were both cheerful and helpful at all stages of my care. The environment was very clean and comfortable and the meals were excellent. I could not have wished for better care from all the staff.

Start to finish everything was great here. I had a breast reduction with Dr Lohana and I’m so happy with them. The administration team, pre and post op nurses and everyone else I was seen by were so friendly, went above and beyond with me when I got an infection and couldn’t have done more for me. Thank you!

Very pleased with the treatment

Compared to my previous visit in 2017, I felt the staff were very busy and a little stressed. Food etc all very good however and overall my experience was a very positive one. As I was awake during the op I appreciated the care I had from the anaesthetists.
