Spire Regency Hospital Macclesfield

My recent visit went smoothly, which included a two way conversation of my results, a review of how I have been since my last treatment and a future checkup set in place.

Good experience and was not kept waiting for a long time

Every visit has been easy as the staff are approachable, friendly and helpful.

Pleasant, friendly staff in modern and clean surroundings. Parking can be difficult at times.

The only critisism i could make about Spire Regency, Macclesfield is the inadequte parking. A better use could be made of the grassed areas developed for additional parking. It is necessary to arrive at least 30 mins before appointment time to wait for a vehicle to leave and provide a space.

Service is impeccable just need to sort the car parking issues

I attended for a 10am appointment with Professor Sinclair. As usual at Spire Regency Hospital the parking was extremely difficult. We were early and booking in at reception was easy. The staff at Professor’s clinic were very helpful and I was quickly able to have my flow test. Well ahead of schedule I was able to see Professor Sinclair. I discussed my experience from having the procedure until yesterday. Professor Sinclair commented that my experience was normal following this procedure which was reassuring. He then carried out a scan of my bladder which showed zero fluid retention. Professor Sinclair commented that following my Optilume procedure he was “pleased that I was doing so well” He will see me again in six months time. I was extremely happy with the care given from the staff and their friendly and helpful attitude.,As usual I was extremely pleased with my meeting with Professor Sinclair. He is extremely professional, very friendly and explains things very well. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Spire Macclesfield to anyone with Urology issues.
