Great experience

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

UCH could not have been better. All round professional, and friendly. I couldn’t ask for more.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

Very friendly staff

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.
