I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

It was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building the staff and the general ambience.
