Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr Ahsan is. He is amazing. I had been in A-fib for approximately 7 years. Before meeting Dr Ahsan I previously had an aversion which failed and was more or less told by a subsequent cardiologist that I had been in A-fib too long for any procedure to work. To me this translated I would have to live with it for the rest of my life- then my wife through research found Dr Ahsan. His attitude was so refreshing, he was confident in that he could help me. Six months down the line my procedure remains a success. Of course you are in safe hands, because he is extremely professional and brilliant however also he is kind and caring. I could not recommend him highly enough.

I had an echcardiogram done by Dr Lo Monaco (It has taken me a while to come round to write this review, but he deserves the good feedback!). The Dr was very professional, friendly and his experience was evident. He easily identified all the points from an ECG I had received previously. When he performed the echocardiogram he took the time to explain what we were seeing (thankfully healthy) and managed to rule out conditions, and explain possible next steps. If I had to see a cardiologist I'd happily go back to see Dr Lo Monaco.

I would like to think that yesterday you saved my life. You recognised the danger I was in and you set in motion actions that led to me having 2 stents inserted that very day. Your prompt assessment and urgency, while imparting key information to me in a direct and thoughtful way, was key to preventing premature heart failure.

He made my appointment a relaxing and pleasant occasion explaining everything- extremely polite and courteous at all times!

He was friendly, reassuring and very informative, would recommend him very highly.

Dr Bhan has been my consultant since my diagnosis. I have always left a consult fully understanding my condition, procedures required, medications and the road ahead. I have dealt with many doctors and consultants and have felt unseen and unheard, I never felt this way with doctor Bhan.

I found Professor Rajani to be very expert and pragmatic In his diagnosis, explanation and recommendations. He was very thorough in his review of my quite severe heart disease and the history. His reporting is very useful to me and to any future cardiologists that may be working on my case. I am grateful for the time and effort he put into this evaluation.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.
