Overall it was a very favourable experience. I did feel during my 24 hours there that the staff were pretty busy and although I received good post- operative care overnight, on 22nd it all seemed to be a bit rushed and noticeably less input.

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

Friendly and responsive reception team.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff on reception. Beautifully clean. All areas smart and tidy. Apart from one all staff are a credit to the hospital. The hospital makes you feel very welcome and cared for.
