Very friendly staff, calm & safe waiting environment

Overall very good experience. I am having some issues getting a copy of my screening results which I am hoping to resolve.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

Professor Gerald Carr-White and the whole team at the Cardiac Clinic could not be more helpful, professional and supportive. A great team - highly recommended.

The Shard is a very efficient and clean hospital. Wait times are very low and the staff and very attentive and caring.

I really liked it. I’d happily come back.

Great experience, just a shame the xray was closed off

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
