Effective and efficient

- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.
