Everything about my experience with Mr Ferris was hugely positive. But his service is critically supported by others into a complete package. From the very helpful and informative website where Mr Ferris explains all about cataract surgery (every procedure should have one of these) to the exemplary administration from Carole-Ann who just keeps everything running superbly, efficiently and with care & kindness and the great support from Jody the optometrist, the whole service is complete, smooth and just the very best. The Boss, (Mr Ferris) is hugely experienced and has just the best approach in managing this very nervous patient through every stage of the clinical procedures (two cataracts). If only every hospital experience was like this. I wish there were 6 stars to give.

If there were more stars available then I would tick them all. From my initial consultation with Mr Caesar. during the operation and until he removed my stitches, he explained every part of the procedure and patiently answered my questions. Of course, on the day of the procedure I was slightly nervous but as soon as I was lying on the operating table any worry I had melted away. He was so gentle and, truthfully, apart from the slight initial discomfort of the anaesthetic injections I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Even after being discharged that day I needed no painkillers. If you are thinking of having this procedure carried out by Mr Caesar then I wholeheartedly recommend you go ahead. There is no reason to be afraid. My eyes, in less than a week, look wide open with minimal swelling and bruising. I am already being complimented as if it were me who made the transformation 🤣 I cannot speak more highly or ever thank him enough.

At each visit for checks & surgery Mr Dean has been extremely kind & helpful, & gave me much confidence before & after each visit. I am very satisfied with the results of the surgery on both eyes & with advice. I now have amazing vision & am so grateful to Mr Dean & his team. His Secretary, Jo, has also been very supportive throughout.
