The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Dr Gustavo Silva is outstanding. He is exceptional in his expertise and he provides excellence in dentistry. My family has been treated with the greatest care and consideration. I recommend him most highly. LCIAD is a brilliant clinic with a most caring, dedicated team.
