Dr Snow explained everything to me. He was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He completely put my mind at ease regarding my situation. I would have absolutely no worries about recommending him to others. He wrote a very clear letter to my GP.

Very polite and friendly. Clearly explained the process, what test was going to take place next and what the test is looking for and explained the results throughout the process.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

My experience with Dr Malik is the best. Meeting me he immediately put me at ease. He has a kind mannerism which immediately put me at ease. His professionalism , explanations and mannerism gave me the confidence and trust in his abilities. In the surgical unit he was amazing and truly top of his profession. I cannot thank him enough and am so lucky that I have been able to engage his service. His secretary Karen is also amazing and works all hours to ensure patients are updated etc. Dr Malik is the best and meets and exceeds the highest rating possible .

Poor communication from Dr Daryani' s office such as no explanation of what the next steps would be. No apologies for running later for appointments is always slightly irritating as well. Plus I had to spend £180 on a follow up appointment, which I explained to Dr Daryani' s office, yet he was not aware of this. Only my diagnostic tests were covered by my insurance policy. Perhaps a letter would have been sufficient?
