I had a brilliant experience with Mr. Manisali. He was very careful to listen to my thoughts and we had several meetings over the course of months to align on the desired outcome and expectations for the surgery. This included meticulously reviewing morphs and predictive imaging to make sure we were on the same page. He was always open to answering questions and took the time to explain complex concepts and made them easy to understand and was very patient and friendly. Prior to the surgery he ensured I was completely informed to the point where walking into the hospital I felt very calm because we had been over the details so many times. The experience post op has been similarly brilliant. This is not to mention his skill and surgical knowledge which was exemplary - I’m very happy with the outcome!

Mr Bhatti was very kind, patient and caring. He answered my many questions thoroughly and explained the procedure to me clearly beforehand. The operation went well with good results.

From the moment i made the decision to have Otoplasty surgery and first spoke with Mr Agha it has been a relationship built upon honesty. I went in very open and vulnerable about how i felt pre-surgery and in return Mr Agha offered his kindness and made sure I was kept well informed in what surgery entailed and how the journey would look to feeling great about my new look. This offered me immediate reassurance and I was able to fully comprehend the decisions required ahead of surgery. Through this i always felt enabled to lead with how I wanted my surgery to play out, taking on board Mr Agha’s professional guidance. In the weeks leading up to Surgery we met again for final measurements and a more formal chat about surgery day and the road to recovery to achieve the results I was looking for. Then Surgery day came and all my nerves were taken away by Mr Agha making me feel at ease. The procedure was smooth and felt relatively stress free and before I knew it I was travelling home bandaged up and ready to begin my aftercare regime. We arranged several meetings over various milestones following the surgery (2 weeks post op, 6 weeks, 3 months etc) and have now just surpassed the 6 month mark. I am delighted in the new look of my ears and head into the rest of my life with a new found confidence without having to worry about being teased on my appearance. If you are where I was just over 6 months ago, with a strong feeling that you look different to others and are not happy with your appearance to the point it was affecting your happiness and ability to enjoy life then at the very least have a chat with Mr Agha. He will tell you with honesty if he feels you qualify for surgery and once you have made that decision together he will deliver on his every word. A brilliant surgeon and professional but also a gentleman too.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

As a hard person to please, I can not emphasise enough how amazing Mr Laycock is. I visited pinewoods for 2 sessions of C02 laser on my face and neck area and results are outstanding! The aftercare is second to none and Mr Laycock was available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Mr Laycock

I found Mr Osher to be highly proficient. Everything was explained professionally and clearly in an impeccable bedside manner. If I have any other problems or need oral surgery again, I won’t hesitate to contact him. I always felt confident in his care.

Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. This is my face. I could not have hoped for a more professional, extremely proficient and kind surgeon, in whose hands to trust. Mr Jayaram, thank you, I am so fortunate to have found you.

He answered all my questions and put me at ease

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.

I first met Atheer following a long period of time being very upset about problems with a couple of back teeth. Two long experienced Orthodontists had given a depressing prognosis. I was then introduced to Atheer at the Abbey Dental Practice. He disagreed with the diagnosis and talked about the opportunities for fixing the problem - rather than the issues! I felt like I was walking on air when I left the room. I had the teeth replaced with 2 implants. I am a very nervous patient but the whole experience was great, and the results are perfect. Atheer is a very kind, clever and skilful surgeon. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
