All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Parkside Hospital, now Nuffield Health Parkside has been my local hospital for many years and I have always found it extremely efficient.

The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.
