I consider Mr Peter Domas to be an excellent surgeon. I am delighted with the result of my reverse shoulder replacement surgery performed by him. Please don’t hesitate to go ahead if you are told you need this surgery. I am now pain free and the surgery has completely restored the use of my right shoulder, arm and hand in a surprisingly short time. On the day of surgery I was reassured by him with further explanation. Despite being the last patient of the day Peter was there at approximately 8.30pm to see me when I came round. I visited Nick Aresti in relation to a nerve injury caused to my radial nerve by the NHS during reconstructive surgery on my elbow. He was able to assist me with my peripheral nerve injury. Nick explained what was likely to have happened to my hand and how it could be repaired. Nick was able to put me in touch with other nerve specialists that could help me in getting a proper diagnosis and treatment. I felt that Nick went out of his way to help me during what was a very difficult time for me. He was able to put my mind at ease and help me get answers, when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the NHS. I was grateful to meet Nick and all that he had done for me. Nick has kept in contact with me during the process. Nick is an excellent consultant that is very knowledgeable in his field.

Mr Fernandez approach and knowledge is exceptional. He was attentive to my own needs and fears and put me at ease. He elucidated the operation and aftercare expectations exceptionally well and showed great compassion. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking a knee replacement and 'if' my other knee requires similar treatment will have no concerns about approaching him again to help me.
