Incredible empathy, Dr. Mistry is genuinely invested in his patient’s wellbeing and progress. Great insight into unhealthy behavioral patterns and triggers of anxiety. Thank you Dr. Mistry, very calming nature makes one feel at ease and heard.

Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

I had a pleasant experience with Juandri. I was going through a difficult period and she was patient and supported me throughout the stage.

Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

I've had a number of visits to Jill's for wax removal and hearing aids. Every visit I was seen on time and importantly was given as much time as I needed. I was never rushed.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Dr Bloomfield has helped me be the best version of myself. He has been patient and made me feel at ease when I was lost. Thanks to him I am now more in control of my life than I ever have been. His advice and bedside manner are nothing more than excellent.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Dr Bashir was absolutely wonderful. She was calm and clear with my daughter, who warmed to her immediately. She got on the same level as her, and knew how to elicit information without causing any concern to my daughter. Dr Bashir was thorough and patient.
