Incredible empathy, Dr. Mistry is genuinely invested in his patient’s wellbeing and progress. Great insight into unhealthy behavioral patterns and triggers of anxiety. Thank you Dr. Mistry, very calming nature makes one feel at ease and heard.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

Dr Silber got to the heart of the matter very quickly and professionally. His advice was excellent and his manner kind, supportive and reassuring.

My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

Dr Amber has been brilliant through out our journey and really useful when chatting to our daughter. She always gives positive, thoughtful, empathetic, and incredibly useful advice for the now and future. It offers us a really objective, balanced, and sensible perspective for us to consider and apply.

Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.
