All the staff, both at reception, and the pelvic physiotherapist I met with, Miriam Green, were all patient, kind, attentive and conducted themselves in polite and friendly manner. I received brilliant advice and care during my session with Miriam and both the staff at the desk that we spoke with were very helpful and swift regards payment. We found the environment itself welcoming, clean and peaceful to use.

Upon arriving at the hospital I was made to feel important and put at ease. The nursing team were very efficient and calming. Nothing was too much trouble. The theatre team came to see me along with the consultant, who reassured me that I was in good hands.
