I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

I received excellent care from the staff at the London Clinic

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

On time, v friendly, good advice, reasonable charges

Overall good experience, access to highly qualified consultants. For insurance purpose, would recommand invoice specify not only the doctor's name but also his speciality. Medical letter should indicate the date of the consultation.

First receptionist was difficult, second was very good
