I just underwent a radical hysterectomy with Dr. Anil Taylor as my surgeon, who has been amazing since our first meeting. He treats his patients with professionalism and empathy, listening carefully, examining thoroughly and observing closely. He was very clear when setting my expectation for the surgery and detailing how it would work. He was also mindful of my medical condition and represented my case at multi-disciplinary team meetings at the hospital with very little prior notice, arranging my surgery within a week. After the surgery, he visited me every day in the hospital. Furthermore, whilst I was recovering at home, he was always available, responding to my queries within minutes via text message, which gave me a much-needed sense of assurance.

Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

I was very nervous but Mr Danso and his colleagues are friendly and make sure that I’m ok all the way. Truly satisfied, thank you very much!
