I found Mr Tailor to be very professional, approachable and open. He performed the trans vaginal ultrasound himself, there in the clinic, which saved me having to wait and worry for another appointment. He provided me with a very clear feedback and explanation of the results of the scan. I would recommend Mr Tailor very highly.

The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

I will forever grateful for Mr Minas what a amazing job he did to me. I had laparoscopy procedure with deep endometriosis including shave of rectovaginal desease, and fibroid removal. As an anxious person he has taken all my worries away and has given me so much confidence in knowing I am in the best hands. Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

My surgery went very well. Mr Ganesh Thiagamoorthy put me at ease about some pain I still had and tiredness at my 6week post surgery checkup. He answered all my questions I had. I felt very informed after my check up. I had a pleasant experience before my surgery, during and the after care was good.

Mr Erritty has always taken the time to explain things fully to me and never rushed me when I came with lots of questions. He spent the time drawing images to help with my understanding and has always a great bedside manner

I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.
