They are professional team of people who care for the wellbeing of patients, they built my confidence to move forward in life. The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.

Outstanding

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
