Helpful staff and nice facilities

Extremely friendly patient and courteous reception staff and concierge.

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

Professional and prompt

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.
