He took time to understand my concerns as a patient and to answer all my questions. He made the test data available to me so I had the opportunity to keep my own patient records. His personal assistant responded promptly to all my emails and managed the adminstrative matters competently and effectively. He has that rare skill of making you feel like you are his only patient, while you have the comfort of knowing that you are not!

Neil has been very calm and gentle mannered during consultations with him. His demeanour and approach make you relax during stressful times. He explains clearly and is fully engaged, listening and understanding your concerns and or needs. There is never a rush. I have confidence in him and his extensive knowledge and experience to listen and trust his guidance.
