Mr Wazait is a real gentleman., he made me feel very relaxed Not a dirty old lady., I was terrified when I first had to come. But very pleased with the results it’s 75% better and quite manageable.

The service from Dr Bultitude was excellent. Not only did he book me in for an emergency appointment at very short notice, but he was approachable, empathic and professional at all times during our consultation. Welcomed and escorted to the surgery. Very pleasant disposition. Considering my condition I was put at ease and made to feel more confident discussing the situation. After the examination everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. I was advised of several methods for treatment all with all explained in full. I was left feeling reassured regarding my situation and confident that I was given I had the advice I needed. All in all a pleasant experience covering a delicate health issue satisfactorily.

Mr Wiseman was calm, clear and experienced - and very caring - I could not be happier with the service I received - I was fast tracked to have a CT scan and he rang me within hours with a positive result. I am also delighted that he wants a review and follow up so he can advise me on how best to avoid getting further kidney stones in the future. I cannot rate Mr Wiseman and his team more highly.

Mr Gordon's friendly and relaxed manner put us at ease straight away. He did not rush the consultation and gave us the opportunity to raise any questions and concerns. Mr Gordon clearly explained the problem which made it easier to understand the choices and risks available and the benefits of each to improve the quality of life. From start to finish, my experience with Mr Abboudi was fabulous. He immediately put me at ease with his calm and patient bedside manner. He thoroughly explained everything to me at my initial consultation so I clearly understood the course of action he would take. I also had a procedure with him and again he was very calm and professional at all times, explaining everything to me. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mr Abboudi. He is clearly an expert in his field so you feel in very safe and professional hands - at all times.
