Mr Samsudin helped me so much. Apart from.being knowledgable and skillfull he is also calm, practical and has empathy. He listened to me and my symptoms, he explained clearly and with empathy what i was going through and what my treatment options were. When it came to the actual surgery it was obviously unpleasant but Mr Samsudins calmness and clarity made the whole process so much more bearable. Within a couple.of weeks I felt so much better and within a month of the surgery I was back to normal with no issues or complications

Despite my bad language and frustrations over what I believed to be incompetent consultants in Aintree's urology department who made my life really difficult I appreciated your explanation as to the simple cause of my problems. I just would have liked to hear your views on their behaviour because they never brought up the frenulum or part-circumcision as a problem for pain or discomfort during cleaning or sex.
