Efficient communication, good logistics management, quick at responding emails.

Staff regardless of role are over and above friendly, caring, considerate and an asset to the hospital.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
