Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem. I felt he listened well and allowed me plenty of time to ask all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I cannot thank Dr Jain enough for the absolutely incredible job he did. He walked me through the process of the hemithyroidectomy clearly and the results are amazing. I barely have a scar and I’m only 3 weeks post op. In a few more weeks I’m sure it will be almost completely invisible! Dr Jain is a real master of his craft. Would highly recommend for anyone having a similar surgery.
