The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.
