Everyone is always very helpful

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

I live in Epsom. On 2 occasions you could not accommodate me at the Epsom clinic so you offered me eg an Ultra Sound in Marylebone. I truly believe that is very poor service when I can get the US locally.

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

Very good but all the self closing doors do slam all the time and it is quite stressful when waiting at the reception and on first floor
