Very clean and friendly. Unfortunately I sustained an injury to my foot and there was a mix up with medication. Surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing.

They were fine front desk could be a bit nicer but was clean and spacious

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Easy check-in, on time appointment, Dr. Reina Wujanto was friendly, professional and transparent -fantastic experience overall.
