I was very happy with my experience with Mr Rhodri Hodd and his team who were very polite, helpful and friendly.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. I came to Alex after struggling with chronic lower back pain for the last 2 years. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment and has an amazing manner with patients - he takes the time to explain his thoughts and diagnosis in detail, and was great at helping me understand exactly how specific exercises would improve things. I was also hugely impressed by how aware and open-minded Alex is with regards to more general pain management techniques like breathwork etc. - for me it was essential to see a physio that has such a well-rounded view of holistic health when dealing with something like chronic pain. My symptoms have improved and I've made considerable progress through seeing Alex, for which I am very grateful for. Overall an amazingly knowledgable physio and a very likeable guy!
