All the staff members I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline. Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Manrina and her team have made a visit to the dentist an overall positive experience. Always at the end of the phone or email ! I look forward to my catch ups and would highly recommend using the practice.
