The booking of the appointment was very stress free and straightforward thanks to a wonderful PA Sue who explains every little detail prior to the session. Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.

Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.

We have had a very pleasant experience with Ana-Kristina, she takes time to go through the process, provide explanation of each steps and has a pragmatic approach. Direct, listened to the full situation without inserting suggestions or assumptions based on common patterns from other patients. The reliance on the app is a really good fit for me, maybe not many therapists are not comfortable with using them but it's quite powerful.
