I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wellington Hospital for a series of diagnostic tests, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at Wellington Hospital are truly outstanding. Each member of the team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, demonstrated a level of kindness, professionalism, and expertise that is truly commendable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.
